About Us

We want to see the disable people especially the people who are blind receive the support, capacity improvement and especially they are provided the employment opportunities with dignity, full of freedoms and live in the society with equity, peace, hope, prosperity, proud and quality of life and participate in social development.
We urge and motivate all the disable people especially the people who are blind to be struggle, hopeful and proud of life in order to contribute in education, training and establishing the professional skills to all of them. The Voice of the Blind's identity is the independent, neutral, human right respect, democratic association which we focus on the equity, justice and follow the government's policies.
Voice of the Blind Association equipped the following core values:
1. We have good and close relationship and open mind to ourselves and others

3. We promote our morality, national culture and civilization
4. Our works provide benefits to the public and society
5. We have high commitment and creativity
6. We respect and believe each other

We wish to enable all the disable people especially the people who are blind live with dignity, have employment opportunities, no discrimination, achieve equality and realise their full potential and integration into society to participate in country developments.
To achieve the above goal,Voice Of the Blind Association identified the following strategic activities:
1. Establish the radio station in order to disseminate the voices of the disable people especially the blinds.
2. Contribute to motivate all the disable people especially the blinds to be struggle in living with hope, proud of life and participate in disseminating the law, traditional culture and morality of living for them.
3. Contribute to disseminate and promote the rights and freedom of their living.
4. Contribute to disseminate to reduce the discrimination on the disable people especially the blind.
5. Contribute to disseminate and promote Khmer morality, culture and civilization.
6. Contribute to disseminate and reduce the traffic accidents and drug problems.
7. Mainstream the sharing culture and saving each other to the citizens.
8. Establish the cooperation and solidarity among the disable people especially the blinds and societies.
9. Educate, train and establish professional skills for all the disable people especially the blinds to everywhere as much as possible.
10. Establish the networks with relevant organizations inside and outside the country including the civil associations and communities in order to create the possibilities for the disable people especially the blinds who are living in difficult situations to be able to develop themselves.
